With SmartAccess now live, Stayable Lakeland offers guests a smooth, self-serve check-in experience, reducing manual front-desk workflows and reception dependency. The rollout included new smart locks installed across all 176 rooms, with the full deployment completed in three weeks.
SmartAccess was also integrated directly with Stayable Lakeland's existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data.
