Simplifying Access Near Florida's Turnpike

Stayable Kissimmee East, located near Florida's Turnpike with easy access to Orlando's theme parks, shopping, and dining, needed a more efficient way to manage guest access across its 204 rooms without adding strain to its front-desk team.

With SmartAccess now live, Stayable Kissimmee East offers guests a smooth, self-serve check-in experience, reducing manual front-desk workflows and reception dependency. The full deployment was completed in three weeks by a team of three.

SmartAccess was also integrated directly with Stayable Kissimmee East's existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data.
