Simplifying Access in Historic St. Augustine

Stayable St. Augustine, offering comfortable extended-stay accommodations with easy access to the ocean and the city's historic attractions, needed a more efficient way to manage guest access without adding strain to its front-desk team.

With SmartAccess now live, Stayable St. Augustine offers guests a smooth, self-serve check-in experience, reducing manual front-desk workflows and reception dependency. The rollout included new smart locks installed across all 161 rooms, with the full deployment completed in three weeks by a team of three.

SmartAccess was also integrated directly with Stayable St. Augustine's existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data.
