Seamless Access and Entertainment for an Intentionally Quiet Stay

With SmartAccess and SmartEntertainment, The Rincon Rooms now offers guests a smooth, self check-in experience alongside personalized in-room streaming and casting, fitting naturally into the property's quiet, intentional atmosphere while reducing manual workflows and easing the load on its front-of-house team. SmartAccess was deployed using The Rincon Rooms' existing lock hardware, avoiding the cost and disruption of a full hardware replacement.

SmartAccess was also integrated directly with The Rincon Rooms' existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data.

The entire onboarding was completed in just one hour — a fast, low-disruption deployment that had The Rincon Rooms live on both SmartAccess and SmartEntertainment almost immediately.
