With SmartAccess, Sandman Motel now offers guests a smooth, self-serve check-in experience, reducing manual access workflows and reception dependency. The rollout included new smart locks installed across the property, giving Sandman Motel a fully updated access system from the ground up.

SmartAccess was also integrated directly with Sandman Motel's existing Cloudbeds PMS, allowing guest access to sync seamlessly with reservations and check-in data.

The deployment was managed entirely by the property's own team, reflecting how straightforward the SmartAccess onboarding process can be even for a small, self-managed motel.
