Role

The UI developer will be a part of the Design Team report to the Design Head and responsible for making sure that lean UX techniques and the UX design process have been applied to the product design. A young designer with strong analytical abilities who specialises in creating high-fidelity and low-fidelity mockups utilising programs like Figma, Abode XD, Photoshop, Axure, and Sketch.

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital solutions.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, personas, user stories, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital solutions.  
• Collaborating with the marketing team, both internal and external.  
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis and usability testing. 
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a related field of work – UI/UX Designs, agile work environment
