Role
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Junior Product Owner will play a key role in bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution. The individual will be detail-oriented and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality features in a timely manner that align with our business goals and customer needs.
- Backlog Management
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure clarity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Communicate progress, changes, and product plans effectively.
- Agile & Development Process:
- Plan sprints, lead daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Product Development:
- Address questions or blockers promptly during development.
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria.
- User Experience & Testing:
- Review and validate test cases to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Mindset: Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within a product-driven organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IoT or proptech is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Sales) strategies.
