How it Works

Guests

Guests share their preferences and optionally share credentials for OTT subscriptions securely with DT’s smartremote that is tied with their reservation.

Upon confirmed arrival into the room, smartremote configures guest room TV/s in real-time so that they can resume from where they left off at a power on.

Staff

Staff don’t need to anything as part of getting rooms ready for the next guest. We take care of clearing & resetting TV to pre-arrival settings automatically.

In rare cases, they have staff access to smartRemote for any troubleshooting.

Owners

A dashboard giving them 100% control for setting & managing property’s policy on a per room or collection of rooms or guest’s loyalty status. Additionally, they can manage contents from content library for their guests with ability to set payment policies.
